Sabemos que para el inversionista es importante saber que su propiedad está en buenas manos, por eso proveemos a nuestros inquilinos con kits e instrucciones de como cuidar la propiedad.
Con instrucciones detalladas, dejamos en sus propiedades envases para utilizar en la limpieza del drenaje del aire acondicionado. Este procedimiento previene malos olores en el aire, problemas de humedad, obstrucciones, entre otras cosas.
En las instrucciones explicamos como mezclar 1 taza de agua con una taza del vinagre que les dejamos, y vertirla en el tubo PVC del aire acondicionado. Para que no hayan dudas, el tubo PVC estará marcado con una calcomanÃa indicando cuál es. Este proceso debe repetirse cada 3 meses para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo del aire acondicionado.
También es muy importante cambiar el filtro del aire, que puede estar ubicado en distintas areas. Los inquilinos tendrán siempre instrucciones detalladas en sus propiedades para ubicarlos, de no ser posible siempre cuentan con una lÃnea directa a Metropolitan para asistirlos con cualquier duda.
